Star Maker employs only high quality, certified, professional instructors. We hire experienced
staff only, who instruct using caring and motivational methods. Many of our teachers specialize
in a given area keeping abreast of new techniques and choreography by attending classes at top
schools in NYC and participating in competitions and workshops. Technique is a priority at
Star Maker with no student left behind. Confidence building methods are used to enhance student
performance level.
Certified teacher to student ratio ranges from one teacher to 5-9 students at age 3,4 to 7-13
students at age 5-11 to 7-20 students for ages 12 and up. In classes with more than 12 students
Star Maker adds a teacher assistant.

Teacher Assistant Programs
Star Maker offers its acclaimed teacher assistant program to accomplished students from age 12 and up.
This program, in place since 1987, gives the serious dancer a chance to learn the education aspect of the
field.
Communication
Star Maker offers seasonal newsletters to all students to help communicate all information on events and
opportunities available at the school.
