Musical Theatre Performance Opportunities

The Star Maker School offers Musical Theatre opportunities in the Fall, Winter and Late Spring of the year.   Auditions for these presentations are announced through our website and offer performance opportunities to registered students as well as talented youth and adults in our community, equally.  If you are interested in participating in our next musical theatre opportunity, contact us to get on the email blasts.

2016 Showcase Performance: GREASE

In June of 2016 our one-act presentation of Grease featured Justin Lopez as Danny Zuko and Natlaie Mehl as Sandy Dombrowski with Hannah Bonnett as Rizzo and Tyler Moscaritola as Kinickie.  Andrew Plinio as Doody, Kirsten Maiwaldt as Frenchy, Tara Keelen as Marty, Samantha Brynildsen as Jan, John Paciga as Roger, Cameron Clifford as Sonny, Andrew Albanese as Vinny, Jake Urban as Eugene, Emily Brown as Patty Simcox, Kaitlin Marinelli as Cha Cha, Giana Castaldo as Blanche.

Mrs Lynch was played by Pam Dean and Principle McGee by Dar Calkin. Cameos were played by Kevin Csolak as Vince Fontaine, Ross Brown as Teen Angel and Kurt Csolak as Johnny Casino with Megan Gecik, Ross Brown and Brianna Kraucheunas as the drive-in movie actors.  The Ensemble included Paris Bozzuti, Maggie Dean, Lauren Medina, Jill Paciga, Nicole Rosales with Amy Allen, Carolyn Chester, Kyleen Constant, Jillian French, Eliza McGowan, Rachel Oddy, Tori Young and Elizabeth Gavlick, Sean Kane, Emily Koscinski, Olivia Pagano, Jannetka Wojtowicz, Hailey DeStefano, Sophia DeTorres, Kathryn Field, Adyson Frace, Briana Kraucheunas, Olimpia Lake and Lila Pfefferle.

2015 Showcase Performance: Rock of Ages

In June of 2015 our one-act presentation of Rock of Ages starred Andrew Plinio as Lonny and Jake Urban as Drew with Hannah Bonnett as Sherrie and John Paciga as Dennis Dupree.

Stacee Jaxx was played by Andrew Albanese with Kirsten Maiwaldt as Regina, Justin Lopez as Franz, Emily Decker as Justice Charlier, Gianna Porfano as Constance, Pam Dean as Helga Klineman.  

The Mayor was Mark Dau, and the waitress was played by Jessie Dau.  Ensemble included Amy Allen, Carolyn Chester, Emily Brown, Harley Varga, Jessie Dau, Kaitlin Marinelli, Kyleen Constant, Rachel Allen, Rachel Oddy and Victoria Young with Eliza McGowan, Elizabeth Gavlick, Emily Koscinski, Izzy Novak, Lyla Fritsche, Maggie Dean, Maggie DeVoe, Morgan Kalenty, Olivia Pagano and Paris Bozzuti and Brianna Kraucheunas, Hailey DeStefano, Kathryn Field, Lila Pfefferle, Olimpia Lake and Sophia DeTorres. Cameos were played by Kevin Csolak as the manager, Paul and Megan Geick as the mugger.  Adults in the show were;  Dar Calkin, Deb Heagen, Maura Kraucheunas, Sue Dau, Noelle Detorres, John Paciga and George McGowan.

In June of 2014 our one-act presentation of Pippin starred Lilly Walsh as The Lead Player, Kevin Csolak as Pippin and Sarah Flaim as Catherine with Joe Walsh as Charlemagne, Dar Calkin as Bertha, Melissa Urban as Fastrada, Andrew Albanese as Lewis, Cameron Clifford as Theo and Andrew Plinio as featured Player.  

The Players featured Rachel Allen and Kimmie Fivek with Avery Gebhardt, Katelyn Hughes, Lindsay Bohon and Alexandra Grina and Amy Allen, Emily Molter, Katie Piscotta, Melanie Sailer and Elizabeth Shi.  Ensemble also included Emily Brown, Emily Decker, Kaitlin Marinelli, Rachel Oddy, Tori Young, Jake Urban, Mason Fleisher, Andrew Petrone, Lindsay Brewster, Isabella Gohill, Cierra Krouse, Hannah Perfetti, Olivia Tortorello and Michelle Dragun.
